This position requires a thorough understanding of project requirements, technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The proposal engineer ensures that proposals align with client needs, are technically feasible, and meet the organization's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Analysis and Requirements Gathering Technical Solution Development Proposal Preparation Cost Estimation and Pricing Documentation and Compliance Presentation and Client Engagement Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Proven experience in proposal preparation, engineering, or a related role. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in proposal writing, documentation, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
