Job Description

We have one urgent position as Project Planning Manager to oversee scheduling, progress tracking, and resource optimization for Fire Protection, Surveillance Projects, Piping Fabrication and HVAC projects. The role involves 25% travel to project sites for progress validation and 75% office-based monitoring, reporting, and coordination to ensure on-time, cost-effective project execution. Designation: Project & Planning Manager (Auto Cad ) Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Fire Engineering or related field. Experience: 3+ years in planning fire/piping projects (oil & gas/ shipbuilding/Fire Projects). Location: Chandigarh Responsibilities and Duties: (a) Project Planning & Scheduling (Office-Based – 75%) Develop baseline schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) for fire & piping fabrication, including: (b) Site Progress Monitoring (Travel – 25%) (c) Cost & Resource Control (d) Risk Management & Coordination Flag potential delays (e.g., design changes, vendor delays) and recommend recovery plans.
