Project Manager (Interior) Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma Experience : 8 Years Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of interior design projects—from concept development to installation. Coordinate with clients, design teams, architects, and vendors to define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Manage procurement of furniture, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) and ensure timely deliveries. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications. Resolve issues related to design changes, delays, and contractor coordination. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines using project management tools. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client updates. Lead project meetings and ensure consistent communication among all stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. 3–8years of experience managing interior design or architectural projects. Strong understanding of the design process, construction phases, and FF&E specifications. Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
