The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the personal care industry, particularly in soap, and a proven track record in new product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales forecasting. Key Responsibilities: * Drive new product development (NPD) and manage product launches. * Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful execution. * Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to drive brand success. * Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. * Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and cost optimization. * Lead strategic planning and execution for the soap categorys growth. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to drive innovation. Requirements: * Proven experience in the Personal Care (Soap) industry. * Strong expertise in product innovation, formulation, and commercialization. * Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for successful product execution. * Experience in project management, sales forecasting, and strategic planning. * Solid understanding of P&L management. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
