Job Description

This role is perfect for someone looking to develop foundational skills in managing projects and coordinating teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in creating and maintaining project plans , ensuring all tasks and deadlines are well-organized. Track progress against deadlines and milestones to ensure the project stays on schedule. Update and manage project calendars to ensure important dates and deliverables are met. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation , such as project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports. Assist in preparing and updating regular project status reports to keep stakeholders informed. Ensure all project-related documents are correctly filed , up-to-date, and easily accessible for the team. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate meetings and discussions between project team members and stakeholders. Assist in communicating project goals, objectives, and timelines to ensure everyone is aligned. Help ensure smooth communication and information flow between teams, clients, and stakeholders. Stakeholder Support: Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders , responding to inquiries and providing updates on project progress. Assist in gathering project requirements and feedback from clients to ensure alignment with expectations. Address any issues or concerns from stakeholders, escalating them to the Project Manager as needed. Monitoring Project Progress: Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Monitor risks and issues within the project, assisting the Project Manager in finding and implementing solutions. Identify and communicate potential delays or blockers to the team, helping to resolve them quickly. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and project team. Assist with resource planning, task assignments , and prioritization of activities to ensure the project stays on track. Organize project files, materials, and presentations for easy access by the team and stakeholders.
