Role & Responsibilities: Learn and Develop : Get hands-on experience with Core Java, Android SDK, Activities, Services, and Broadcast Receivers. Assist in App Development : Support the development of efficient, maintainable, and reusable code while ensuring privacy and security in a multithreaded environment. UI/UX Components : Gain experience in implementing Android UI elements such as RecyclerView, CardView, and Material Design in mobile apps. App Maintenance : Learn how to maintain and update mobile applications for different Android OS versions, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Performance Optimization : Understand the basics of multithreading, concurrency, and how to optimize the app s performance. Team Collaboration : Work closely with senior developers, project managers, and other team members to contribute to ongoing projects. Technical Documentation : Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for the mobile app development process. Skill Development : Continuously improve your understanding of Android app development and stay updated with the latest technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 0-6 Months of Android Development Exposure : Whether through internships, academic projects, or personal coding projects. Basic Knowledge of Core Java : Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and syntax. Eagerness to Learn : Strong desire to learn Android SDK and mobile application development fundamentals. Understanding of Android UI Frameworks : Exposure to components like RecyclerView, CardView, and Material Design is a plus. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to debug and troubleshoot basic issues and errors. Basic Knowledge of Version Control : Familiarity with tools like Git is a bonus. Team Player : Strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Kotlin : Familiarity with Kotlin or a willingness to learn it. Cloud Services & Backend Integration : An interest in learning cloud-based services and backend integration for mobile apps.
