Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Architect with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, collaborating with senior architects, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality designs. This role requires a strong foundation in architectural principles, technical skills, and the ability to manage project tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the design, development, and documentation of architectural projects from concept to completion. * Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. * Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is met. * Support senior architects in managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. * Research building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials to ensure compliance. * Conduct site visits, assist in construction administration, and review shop drawings. * Participate in client meetings and presentations. * Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainability, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. * 2-3 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing. * Strong design, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications * Working toward Architectural Licensure (AIA, NCARB, or equivalent). * Experience with BIM and sustainable design practices (LEED preferred). * Understanding of permitting and approval processes.
