Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with 4-5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, solid technical skills, and the ability to manage and deliver architectural projects from concept through to completion. You will work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept design through to construction completion. Collaborate with senior architects and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and project requirements. Prepare and present architectural designs and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the design and construction phases to ensure project success. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, verify design intent, and resolve on-site issues. Review project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with industry standards. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the design process. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 4-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.). Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience managing multiple projects and working under tight deadlines. A portfolio showcasing relevant project work is required.
