Senior Architect

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect with 4-5 years of professional experience to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical expertise, and experience managing project teams, consultants, and clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, leadership in project execution, and a deep understanding of architectural best practices. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee architectural projects through all phases, from design to construction administration. * Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. * Ensure projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. * Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff. * Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve technical design issues. * Research and apply sustainable design strategies and materials. * Prepare and present design concepts and project updates to stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. * 4-5 years of professional architectural experience. * Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing. * Experience in project management, client coordination, and team leadership. * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Preferred Qualifications * Licensed Architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure). * Experience with BIM workflows and sustainable design (LEED accreditation preferred). * Familiarity with permitting and approval processes.
