We are currently seeking a proactive and versatile Supervisor with a blend of retail, operational, and CNC machine operation skills to lead our sales floor and support production operations. Key Responsibilities: Customer Management: Engage with walk-in customers, provide tailored product recommendations, and convert inquiries into successful sales. Sales Development: Expand customer base through marketing efforts, referrals, and excellent service. Follow-ups: Build long-term relationships with customers by following up on inquiries and managing the post-sale experience. Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Inventory Oversight: Track stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and avoid stock-related delays. After-Sales Support: Address customer concerns and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction. Process Optimization: Improve internal workflows for better efficiency. CNC Operation: Operate and assist with CNC machinery as needed for custom production; support the manufacturing team with basic programming and maintenance. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience in retail sales , preferably in the doors and windows industry. Working knowledge or hands-on experience with CNC machines Basic computer proficiency. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Excellent coordination and multitasking skills. Basic understanding of inventory systems.
