Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Calculate RM & PM requirement against Forecast / Demand file / TRMR / FPSP / and maintain RM & PM inventory as per plan. RM & PM indenting as per requirement & follow-up with procurement team for material shortage against planned requirement. Monitoring and follow-up with Production department, QA, QC, WH for achievement of Production & Packing Plan. To monitor, on a daily basis, packing material receipts and follow-up with purchase department for material shortages and with QC for analysis as per priority. Monitor near expiry / slow moving / non moving materials and products and inform to concern department for the liquidation of the same. Maintaining different material views in SAP system. Preparing production order (PO) as per requirement. Execute material code to code activity or Location transfer as per requirement. Any other responsibility assigned by reporting authority. Preferred candidate profile: Candidates should have experience in Pharmaceutical Industry. Qualification: B.E. / MBA Experience: 2 to 9 Years
