Production Engineer

Job Description

Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution of fabrication projects. Identify inefficiencies in production and implement improvements to streamline processes. Ensure the final product meets quality standards by conducting regular inspections and testing. Oversee the operation and maintenance of fabrication machinery and equipment. Manage and coordinate production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Monitor material inventory levels and ensure adequate supply for production. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all production staff. Address and resolve any production-related issues that arise during the fabrication process. Maintain detailed records of production data, progress, and any issues encountered. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Experience in production management, ideally in a fabrication or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and materials. Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively. Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
