Position Production Engineer / Mechanical Engineer Location: Noida , Sector 63, B-157 CTC 4.95 – 5.85 L Mandatory Minimum Experience 6 Years – 10 Years Preferred Age Bracket 28 – 36 Mandatory Qualification B.Tech Mechanical Key Skills Solid-works (Mandatory) – Hands on Sheet Metal Fabrication Work Welding , Piping , Jigs Fixture Know how Production Planning I_ ndustry Type :- _ Fabrication Automation Automobile Industry Other preference Local candidate from Noida, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Faridabad, Gurgaon preferred Candidate with Own Vehicle would be preferred We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer / Mechanical Engineer with deep knowledge of SolidWorks Designer t o join our team and contribute to the P roduction and development of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) specifically focused on ultrasonic washing machines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Sheet Metal Fabrication , Piping, Drawing, Reading and Thoroughly understanding mechanical designs, particularly in the realm of SPM and ultrasonic cleaning technology . Key Responsibilities 1) Managing S hop Floor Production 2) PPAP Activities in Production 3) Scheduling Production to meet desired output timely 4) Cross-Coordination with Design , R&D, Electrical team for production 5) Handling workmen – team of 12-15 Members on shop floor 6) Maintaining proper workflow system records 7) Coordinating with Store / Purchase to ensure fulfilment of Raw Material for project 8) Production Planning activities 9) Shop Floor Work Safety Monitor 10) Upkeep with Man power requirement 11) Proper allocation of Workmen for tasks as per requirement 12) Assisting Purchase with Vendor Development 13) Participating in R&D activities with R&D team 14) Installation and Commissioning support OTHER WORK FLOW REQUIREMENT 1. Product Development: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical engineers, software developers, project managers) to ensure cohesive product development. o Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews. o Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for ultrasonic washing machines. 2. Documentation: o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation , including BOMs (Bill of Materials), assembly instructions, and technical specifications. o Prepare reports summarizing design progress, test results, and project status. o Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. 3. Project Management: o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget. o Track project milestones and deliverables. o Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. 4. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasonic cleaning technology and mechanical design. o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve product performance and efficiency. o Contribute to process improvements within the design and development team. NOTE: The following job will require the candidate to Travel for commissioning , Installation(s) Handling, Vendor Development , Quality Assessments and Other R&D activities.
