Process Monitoring and Control: Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that processes are operating as intended, monitoring output, and identifying potential issues. Team Management: While entry-level, supervisors may lead or assist in managing a small team of employees, providing guidance and support. Process Improvement: They may be involved in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency or quality. Documentation and Reporting: Supervisors often maintain records of production activities and may be responsible for preparing reports on performance. Training and Development: They may be involved in training new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.
