Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting. Work with production companies, 3P auditors and production team to review and analyze cost reports, cash flow projections, and budget forecasts for assigned productions. Interpret and analyze financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for cost savings. Provide financial recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits and address any identified issues. Together with the production companies, maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit purposes. Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with production, creative, post, BA & legal teams, department heads, and senior management to align financial goals and objectives. Provide training and guidance to production staff on financial procedures and best practices. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
