Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Automation Specialist with expertise in Power BI as the primary skill, along with hands-on experience inPower Automate, Power Apps, ChatGPT/API integrations, and Microsoft Copilot. This role will drive data analytics, process automation, and AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Power BI Development (7-9 years): * Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs. * Implement DAX calculations, data modeling, and interactive visualizations for actionable insights. * Connect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. * Power Automate & Power Apps: * Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts. * Develop and integrate Power Apps to support business applications and process improvements. * Collaboration & Innovation: * Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation and BI solutions. * Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform and AI advancements to drive innovation. * One who brings fresh ideas, considers project scalability, asks insightful questions, and provides strategicbusiness solutions. Microsoft Fabric & Fabric Lakehouse: * Work with Microsoft Fabric to manage and optimize data pipelines, real-time analytics, and AI-powered workloads. * Utilize Fabric Lakehouse for data storage, governance, and processing to support Power BI and automation needs. * Expert in Database, SQL Query optimization and Data Mapping. * Good knowledge of Excel to comprehend Excel formulae, filters, macros, pivots and all related Excel operations. * Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate and Data Factory to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Preferred Qualifications: * Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform Certifications.Excellent communication, interpersonal, comprehension and articulation skills. Attention to Detail, Teamwork & Collaboration. Problem-solving capabilities and Critical Thinking. Adaptability and Flexibility to work in dynamic environments.
