Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Coordinator to support project governance, reporting, and communication activities. The role involves creating and managing reports, presentations, and tracking tools, while working closely with project teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and status updates Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and project documentation Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas, etc.) Support project tracking, monitoring, and coordination activities Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management Assist in maintaining PMO documentation and ensuring compliance with project standards Mandatory Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong skills in report preparation and data presentation Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
