Job Summary : Pioneer Nuts and Bolts – Property Division is hiring Property Advisors to support our property acquisition, sales, and leasing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong market insight and negotiation skills to contribute to strategic property decisions. Key Responsibilities : Conduct market analysis to identify property opportunities (acquisition, sale, leasing). Evaluate property conditions and assess market value. Negotiate and coordinate property transactions, including contracts and closings. Maintain up-to-date records of listings, transactions, and market trends. Prepare reports on market conditions and investment strategies. Build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and legal professionals. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all property transactions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in property advisory or real estate sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and property management tools. Solid understanding of property laws and market analysis.
