In-House Photographer and Videographer Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Photographer and Videographer to join our team in Surat. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and producing compelling videos that effectively showcase our products, services, and brand. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual content that meets our company's objectives and engages our target audience. Responsibilities: Capture high-quality photographs and videos to support marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives. Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of the photography and videography process, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists for photography and video projects. Set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to ensure optimal image and sound quality. Direct and guide subjects, models, or employees during photo and video shoots to capture the desired visuals. Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to enhance image quality and meet project requirements. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and techniques related to photography and videography to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content. Maintain and organize equipment, studio, and digital assets, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily accessible. Requirements: Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality work. Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices. Expertise in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling principles. Excellent creative and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for capturing compelling visuals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in photography and videography. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in photography, videography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
