Job Description

Album Designing: Create album layouts using design software like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or album-specific tools Understand client preferences and event storylines to design narrative-based album flows. Collaborate with photographers and clients for album revisions and approvals. Ensure final designs meet print specifications and are delivered on time. Photo Editing: Perform high-quality photo curation and selection from raw event shots. Edit and retouch photos for color correction, skin smoothing, lighting adjustments, and background clean-up. Maintain consistency in color grading and style across all photos and albums. Organize and manage digital photo files efficiently. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and album design software. Strong portfolio demonstrating editing and album layout design. Eye for detail, color, and composition. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to take creative feedback. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in wedding/event photography post-production. Knowledge of printing specs, bleed/crop margins, and color profiles. Experience with cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox). Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Lightroom etc Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Tollygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Photo editing: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
