Job Description

Job Title: PGT Physics Teacher Location: Karnataka Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Experience: 2–3 Years Gender: both Education: Postgraduate Degree in Physics + B.Ed Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong subject command, effective teaching skills, and the ability to inspire senior secondary students (classes 11 & 12) to achieve academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons in line with the curriculum (CBSE/State board). Design assessments, assignments, and practical activities to support student understanding. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support where needed. Prepare students for board exams with clear concepts and regular practice sessions. Maintain class discipline and create a positive learning environment. Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and exam patterns. Participate in school activities, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive delivery of the science curriculum. Requirements: Postgraduate Degree in Physics (M.Sc. preferred). B.Ed (mandatory). 2–3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Familiarity with lab work and experimental teaching methods. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
