Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to senior secondary classes (XI and XII) following the CBSE syllabus. Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with learning objectives. Conduct assessments, evaluate students’ progress, and maintain accurate records. Use innovative teaching techniques including digital tools and smart classes. Prepare students for CBSE board examinations and entrance exams (JEE, CUET, etc.). Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic development programs. Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives. Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment. Support remedial teaching or enrichment activities as required. --- Qualifications and Experience: Postgraduate Degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics or Applied Mathematics. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE norms. Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Experience in preparing students for board exams and entrance tests is preferred. Proficiency in English communication and computer usage (MS Office, online teaching tools). --- Skills: Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity. Classroom management and student engagement. Digital literacy and experience in online platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.). Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
