Job Title: PGT English Teacher (Subject Matter Expert - SME) Role: Teaching Staff Location: Indore Education Required: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) Experience: 2–3 years (in teaching senior secondary classes preferred) Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month Gender: Open to both male and female candidates Hiring Manager / Contact Person: Mohsin Job Description: We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced PGT English Teacher (SME) to join our academic team in Indore . The ideal candidate will bring deep subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for teaching English at the senior secondary level (Classes XI–XII). Responsibilities: Deliver engaging English lessons to senior secondary students as per the curriculum Provide subject matter expertise to enhance content quality and teaching practices Prepare students for board exams and competitive assessments Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with academic goals Maintain a student-centric classroom environment Participate in academic planning, workshops, and faculty development initiatives Track student progress and provide individual mentoring as needed Requirements: B.Ed. degree with a strong academic background in English Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching English at the PGT level Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to design high-quality academic content Proficient in using digital tools for teaching and content creation Open to continuous learning and professional growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
