Job Title: Personal Cameraman / Cinematographer & Reels Editor (Political Social Media Content) Location: Tamil Nadu (Willing to travel across districts) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with exceptional skill are welcome) Salary: Based on skill and experience Language Preference: Tamil & Basic English About the Role: We are looking for a young, creative, and highly passionate Cinematographer + Editor to join our core political media team. This role requires you to travel daily with a Youth Political Leader, document his political activities, functions, and meetings, and convert those moments into engaging Instagram Reels and videos. You’ll play a crucial role in building a powerful social media presence that inspires the youth of Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities: Travel with the leader daily and shoot high-quality videos/photos Capture both candid and key moments with political relevance Edit footage into dynamic Instagram reels, stories, and posts Add subtitles, effects, transitions, and relevant music Handle basic post-production like color correction, sound syncing, etc. Suggest and experiment with viral content ideas and trending formats Maintain proper file storage and content backup Requirements: Strong knowledge of mobile + DSLR videography Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Inshot , Insta Reels , etc.) Ability to handle daily fast-paced edits for social media Interest in politics and youth engagement is a big plus Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (events, functions, campaigns) Creative mindset and proactive attitude Preferred: Previous experience in reels or political/social content creation Knowledge of Instagram algorithms and growth strategy Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) Why Join Us?
