Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Google and Meta Ads expert to join our team. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and campaign strategy to ensure that campaigns are effectively reaching target audiences and driving engagement and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product promotion. Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment of campaign objectives and messaging. Define clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track campaign performance. Execution & Management: Oversee day-to-day campaign execution across multiple channels (social media, email, paid search, display ads, etc.). Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. Manage the creation of campaign assets such as ads, emails, landing pages, and more. Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Segment audiences to deliver personalized content and campaigns based on customer insights. Monitor and optimize targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management. Budget & Resource Management: Manage the campaign budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency. Ensure that all campaigns are within budget and financial goals are met. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in campaign management - Google and Meta Ads, digital marketing, or similar roles. Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multi-channel campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, and social media. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a focus on results and ROI. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
