Job Title: Parent Relationship Officer (Field Sales) Location: Jaipur Company: K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Parent Relationship Officer. This is a field-based role focused on generating and converting leads for school admissions. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, community outreach, and participation in local events. Follow up with prospective parents, understand their concerns, and present school offerings convincingly. Maintain regular contact with leads and provide updates on school programs, infrastructure, and admission timelines. Coordinate with the branch and admissions team to schedule school visits and counselling sessions. Track lead conversions and report daily progress. Build strong rapport with parents to ensure trust and engagement. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in sales or field marketing is preferred, but freshers with a passion for education and sales are welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur.
