Outreach Consultant – School Engagement & Branding

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Outreach Consultant to lead our school engagement, branding, and student awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in education outreach, marketing, or institutional branding, with the ability to build networks, manage large-scale school programs, and represent the values of SDNB Vaishnav College for Women with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities Lead School Engagement Initiatives: Regularly visit schools and represent the college in academic and career awareness forums. Organize and Manage Events: Plan and execute impactful events such as hackathons, awareness workshops, competitions, and branding campaigns . Brand Building: Formulate and implement effective branding strategies to increase college visibility and reputation across Tamil Nadu and beyond. Stakeholder Networking: Build long-term relationships with school leaders, counselors, alumni, and educational networks. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with college departments to align outreach activities with academic offerings and student support. Reporting & Impact Assessment: Document outreach impact and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. Eligibility Criteria Minimum Experience: Female candidates with 8–10 years in outreach, academic counseling, institutional marketing, or related roles. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required (Master’s preferred in Education, Marketing, or Communication). Skills: Strong leadership, public speaking, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills. Language: Fluency in English and Tamil (mandatory).
