Key Responsibilities: Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain accurate employee data and generate reports as needed. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Coordinate employee recognition programs and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies and initiatives. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in US/Canada/UK HR operations.
