Job Title: Operations & Setup Assistant Location: Trichy Reports to: Franchise Operations & Sales Manager Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Operations & Setup Assistant to support our franchise rollout projects. The ideal candidate will assist in the research, coordination, and implementation of store setups across various districts, ensuring operational excellence and timely readiness for launch. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research for potential franchise sites and analyze footfall and demographic insights. Assist in store interior setups, contractor coordination, and display installation. Track project timelines and ensure all pre-launch milestones are met. Support compliance documentation, vendor agreements, and basic legal processes. Maintain operational records and reports for multiple district locations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or retail setup. Familiarity with retail setup procedures and contractor/vendor management is a plus. Skills Required: Strong organizational and documentation skills. Good communication and coordination ability.
