Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team full-time. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, supporting market research, and ensuring the smooth execution of our corporate wellness camps. This is a high-impact position for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced health tech startup. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to support business development, including industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and identifying growth opportunities. Camp Operations: Plan, coordinate, and execute wellness camps end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery of logistics and services. Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data from participants to help evaluate and improve program effectiveness. Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of services/products, and negotiate contracts as needed. Client Engagement: Act as a point of contact during wellness camps, handle client interactions, resolve on-ground issues, and gather participant feedback. Reporting: Create reports and presentations summarizing operational insights, research findings, and camp performance metrics. Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Operations, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in operations, market research, or event coordination preferred (healthcare or wellness sector experience is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
