This role is the tip of our sales spear — you bring the clients in, we deliver the magic. Key Responsibilities Perform cold outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email to generate high-intent leads. Build and maintain a pipeline of B2B & B2C prospects in real estate, hospitality, and retail sectors. Identify decision-makers and pitch Nirvanta InfraTech solutions. Convert leads into site visits, calls, or direct closures. Track, analyze, and report sales metrics on CRM/spreadsheets. Collaborate with design, marketing & technical teams to close custom requests. Be proactive in learning about new modular infra trends and use them in your sales strategy. Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outbound sales or business development. Strong command of cold DMing, social selling , and persuasive copy. Experience with CRM or basic lead tracking tools. Excellent communication in English and regional language (Odia/Hindi). Comfortable with remote work, task tracking, and video meetings. Background in real estate, construction, modular infra, or B2B/B2C product sales preferred.
