Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, incorporating Montessori methods. Develop curricula that cater to individual child needs and abilities. Create a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of children. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents regularly. Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and improve overall school performance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-3 years of experience as a Mother Teacher or equivalent role in a preschool setting. Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Master's degree in Education (M.Ed). Strong knowledge of Bed, Curriculum Development, Early Childhood Education, Lesson Planning, Nursery/Pre Primary/Preschool subjects. Good Communication skills & strong subject knowledge. Good Classroom Management & technology proficiency. Soft skills like patience, empathy & Leadership.
