Flamingo BPO Technology Solutions Ltd is hiring * MIS executive* with collection experience and BPO experience. 1year -3 years experience must be proficient in MS Office (reports, dashboard, MBR, WBR, ACR, APR etc), CRM and Dialer management. Vacancy- 2 *Quality Analyst ** with 1-3 years with collection experience must have hands on experience in call audit, call calibration, feedback, reports, call barging, escalation handling, skip meeting.
