Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial and mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates. You'll play a key role in defining and validating detailed manufacturing processes for new products. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Process Engineers, Product Introduction Managers, and Production), optimize manufacturing methods, and drive continuous improvement. Youll specifically take care of industrial documentation, master data setting, and method time establishment through MTM UAS, but also industrialize product and process changes post-serial phase. Well look to you for: Defining and validating manufacturing processes during the design and serial phases Performing industrial documentation and setting manufacturing master data Driving continuous improvement actions and industrializing changes Establishing method time using MTM UAS build block system Participating in product design reviews and P-FMEAs Leading optimization efforts in manufacturing for QCD targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery) All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
