Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Lecturer Department: Mechanical Engineering Location: Meerut U.P/Aligarh U.P Job Type: Full-time Reports To: CEO Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, engaging in research activities, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development in mechanical engineering and related fields. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels. Prepare and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assessments. Supervise student projects, internships, and research at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Conduct high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and quality assurance processes. Provide academic advising and career mentorship to students. Collaborate with industry partners and contribute to community engagement or outreach programs. Stay current with developments in the field of mechanical engineering. Qualifications: Education: Bachelour/Masters or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field. Experience: Prior teaching experience at a higher education institution is highly desirable/Fresher with good Knowledge of it will be considerable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in core areas such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM, or robotics. Research: Proven track record of research and publications (especially for senior or research-track roles). Other Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Desirable Attributes: Experience in curriculum design and academic accreditation processes. Industry experience or professional engineering licensure (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and blended learning strategies. A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
