Hiring: Associate Manager Mechanical Engineering Location: Gurgaon (Ggn) | Division: Neurology | Experience: 10-14 years We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering professional with expertise in NPD or Sustaining Engineering . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CAD, PLM, Project & Stakeholder Management and be proactive with excellent communication skills. Job Profile Summary: Work cooperatively with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Clinical, Marketing and Project Management to ensure project success. Lead research, design, development, modification and evaluation of modules, assemblies, or subsystems. Identify and lead the creation of or improvements to procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology required. This is a management position that contributes and achieves results through others. The role is responsible for managing subordinates in professional jobs or managing through subordinate managers/supervisors or is a leader of process that achieves results through others, whom are not direct reports. The job requires professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, to supplement formal knowledge, in order to apply principles and concepts of own discipline in resolving issues as they arrive. The job has full management of a team, including management of people, defining roles and responsibilities, planning for the department's future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions or changes. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 6 or more years experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage CAD & PLM functions for operational excellence Drive talent strategy, team development, and cross-functional collaboration Support NPI, product engineering, manufacturing, marketing & clinical teams Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and design controls Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards Qualifications: Bachelors or higher degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronics/Biomedical Engineering 10+ years of experience (4+ years in people management preferred) Industry experience in Medical or Aerospace is a plus Experience in Endovascular/Peripheral Vascular is highly desirable
