Job Description

• Planning and execution of export shipments on time to meet the business OTIF. • Co-ordination with external stake holders like CHA's, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Govt. Agencies etc. for seamless execution of all export shipments. • Spice board sampling and payment co-ordination. • Go Comet initiation for effective freight biddings to negotiate Freight while taking bookings. • On time submission of export documents to finance for further processing to bank and customer. • Work on to reduce the lead time from onboard to documents submission to finance. • Cost reduction in possible nodes wherever applicable in external stake holders like, transportation, fumigation services. • New location agreements with CHA's for on-time stuffing activities. • On-time payment responsibility to the various external parties like, CHA's, Forwarders. • New CHA's, Forwarders initiation.
