Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Master of Commerce (M.Com) Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research, and mentoring students in various commerce-related subjects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and deliver engaging lectures on subjects such as Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics and Marketing. 2. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and examinations in accordance with the curriculum. Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and case studies. 3. Utilize innovative teaching methods, including digital tools and real-world case studies, to enhance learning. 4. Assess student progress through evaluations, feedback, and academic counseling. 5. Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and institutional events. 6. Stay updated with the latest developments in commerce, finance, and business trends. 7. Mentor and support students in career planning and skill development.
