In this role, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading marketing initiatives to establish credibility, generate buzz, and drive pipeline growth. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in one or more aspects of marketing, which may include digital marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, analytics, campaign management, event program management, or podcasts. Additionally, they should demonstrate the ability to grasp and effectively convey the value of our advanced products, exhibit exceptional written communication skills, and maintain a problem-solving mindset. Role Purpose and Scope: Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Strategize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. This encompasses crafting and delivering impactful email campaigns, orchestrating and managing events, overseeing social media engagements as well as PR. Product Understanding: Cultivate an in-depth understanding of our AI SaaS product and its value proposition. Translate intricate technical details into compelling messaging tailored to various audiences. Creativity : Inject fresh and innovative ideas into marketing strategies and campaigns to captivate and convert potential customers. Content Creation: Generate high-quality marketing content, spanning blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and social media materials, to spotlight our product's capabilities and benefits. Social Media Campaigns : Create and run social media calendars, well-versed in executing ad campaigns across different social media platforms especially LinkedIn. Ability to write ad copies for the campaigns as well. Design : Have capabilities of working on design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop etc., to create ad hoc creative design needed for campaign executions. Marketing Operations: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless execution of marketing initiatives. Efficiently manage marketing automation tools and processes to optimize campaign performance. Data Analysis : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to enhance return on investment (ROI). Identify areas for optimization and implement strategies to boost results. Experience and Skills: 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a preference for SaaS industry exposure. Based out of Bangalore and would need to be available to work from office on need basis. Previous experience with a prominent SaaS company is highly advantageous. Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated problem-solving acumen and a flair for creative thinking. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, design tools and analytics platforms. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Understanding or background in automation, digital transformation, and/or the AI space is beneficial. Show more Show less
