Job Title: Marketing & Onboarding Assistant Location: Trichy Reports to: Franchise Operations & Sales Manager Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are hiring a dynamic and creative Marketing & Onboarding Assistant to help execute regional marketing initiatives and facilitate the onboarding of new franchise locations. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of marketing acumen and strong organizational skills, who enjoys working on brand campaigns and training support. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of seasonal and store launch marketing campaigns. Coordinate with local vendors for design, printing, and promotional materials. Collect and manage leads for domestic and wedding order inquiries. Assist in training sessions by preparing scripts, visual aids, and basic SOPs. Manage ongoing post-launch marketing efforts and track franchise performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or training support. Experience in franchise, retail, or F&B industry marketing is a plus. Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication. Basic data handling and performance reporting skills.
