Job Description: Manager - CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Position: Manager - CRM Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering (with 10 years of experience) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with 15 years of experience) Industry: Windmill Service / Renewable Energy Location: Silvassa – Dadra & Nagar haveli Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Lead and manage customer relationships for windmill service clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention. Service Coordination & Support: Oversee the coordination of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services for windmill clients, ensuring high-quality and timely service execution. Team Leadership: Lead a team of CRM professionals, engineers, and service staff. Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service delivery. Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex service-related issues and customer complaints. Ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and that customers are kept informed throughout the process. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze customer feedback to gauge satisfaction levels. Implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience. Business Development: Identify opportunities for service contract renewals, upselling additional services, and expanding the customer base within the existing client portfolio. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs for senior management. Use data to drive continuous improvement. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all service activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of service agreements, customer interactions, and service histories. Qualifications: Education: B.E. Mechanical Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in windmill service OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in windmill service. Experience: A strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) within the renewable energy or windmill service industry. Proven experience in leading teams, managing customer expectations, and driving service excellence. Technical expertise in windmill operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting is highly preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
