Serving as a single point of contact for all commercial and operational issues Maintaining regular connect with customer and seeking feedback on a regular basis Driving operations team to ensure quality of services as per defined standards Report on operations metrics and identify opportunities to improve with the customers Pass operations related feedback to Branch / Hub managers Track and resolve issues on collections Renewing contracts in a timely manner as per defined standards and policies Identify termination risk and plan mitigation actions Track and monitor account performance profitability etc.
