Job Title: HR Executive (Male) Location: Siddipet – Karkapatla, Telangana (Company transportation available from A.S. Rao Nagar) Company: Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Education Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years in HR – preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector Gender Requirement: Male candidates only (due to plant-based operational requirements) Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive (Male) to support our Human Resources functions at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Karkapatla, Siddipet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement in a factory or industrial setup. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination Handle statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws, etc.) Coordinate training programs, appraisals, and employee welfare initiatives Maintain and update HRMS and employee records Resolve employee grievances and support management in disciplinary procedures Liaise with contract labor agencies and manage contract workforce documentation Ensure HR audits, policies, and processes are implemented effectively at the site Desired Candidate Profile: MBA in HR from a recognized institute 2 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or pharma company Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work from plant location in Karkapatla, Siddipet Male candidates preferred due to factory shift coordination and fieldwork requirements Salary: Based on current CTC and experience – negotiable for the right candidate Benefits: Company-provided transportation from A.S.
