Position Title: Maintenance Executive Department: ADMIN Required Experience: Maintenance & Breakdown service Location: Dabaspet, Bangalore Preferred communication: Kannada, English, Hindi Experience: 5+ years Timings - 8 Am to 6 Pm Aim & Role: The Safety, Electrical & Facility Maintenance Executive oversees the smooth functioning, safety, and maintenance of manufacturing and office facilities. This role covers electrical systems, machinery, vehicles, infrastructure, and general facilities ensuring minimal downtime, compliance, and safety. Key Role & Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance & Breakdowns:Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of main electrical panels, generators, UPS systems, lighting fixtures, and electrical wiring.Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical systems for consumer and industrial equipment. Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and coordinate repairs Manufacturing Electrical Equipment:Maintain and troubleshoot electrical machinery and equipment used in manufacturing processes. Coordinate with production teams for equipment uptime. Facility Maintenance:Maintain functionality of office rooms, shop floors, and restrooms.Schedule and oversee repairs related to plumbing & carepentry Maintain and repair office furniture such as chairs, tables and other furniture, fixtures and fittings Maintain electrical appliances used within office and manufacturing spaces.Troubleshoot and arrange repairs as needed LAN & Network Infrastructure:Oversee LAN connections, network cabling, switches, and related equipment.Troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless communication. Reduce network downtime by coordinating breakdown with vendors Vehicle Maintenance:Schedule periodic servicing and ensure vehicle safety standards are met.
