Sales Executive – Lotus Farms Resort Job Location: Pisoli, Pune (Resort is located in Mahabaleshwar) Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 Year Industry: Hospitality / Tourism / Resort Management About Us Lotus Farms is a boutique resort nestled in the serene landscape of Mahabaleshwar, offering a peaceful and memorable experience to guests. We are expanding our guest outreach and are looking to onboard a Sales Executive based out of Pisoli, Pune , who will serve as the first point of contact for bookings and guest interactions. This is a guest-facing, sales-focused role that will operate from our Pune office while coordinating closely with our on-ground team at the resort. Key Responsibilities Handle and respond to all guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, etc.) Share resort details, availability, pricing, and offers with potential guests Confirm bookings using our Property Management System (PMS) Keep all OTA listings updated Coordinate confirmed bookings with the resort’s front office Maintain daily logs of inquiries and their outcomes Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and repeat guests Remain accessible and responsive to guest calls and inquiries at all hours, including outside standard operating times Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/reservations in the hospitality or tourism sector Graduate in any stream (Hospitality, Tourism, or Marketing preferred) Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred) Excellent phone etiquette and guest communication skills Digital proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, WhatsApp Business & Email High responsiveness, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Should be based in or around or willing to relocate to Pisoli, Pune What We Offer A chance to shape the guest experience at one of Mahabaleshwar’s emerging boutique resorts Work flexibility and a trusted, performance-driven work culture Opportunity for long-term growth within the hospitality space To Apply: Send your resume and a short introduction to akash@lotusfarmsresort.com For inquiries, feel free to message us directly on LinkedIn.
