Job Description

As Manager - Logistics, the incumbent will be responsible for organizing and monitoring the overall logistics Cycle for the company's B2B Sales Business Responsibilities Co-ordinate with Logistics Service Provider (LSP) for providing services as per SLAs defined. Keep track of quality-of-service delivery by the LSPs Resolve any arising problems or complaints Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements Requirements and skills 3-5 Years working experience the domain of managing B2B Logistics Demonstrable ability to lead team Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Gurgaon, Gurgaon - 122001, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
