Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and grow the agency channel. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance penetration through direct sales and agency channels. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency management). Proven track record in developing successful agent networks or selling life insurance directly. Strong understanding of life insurance products and services. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
