Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic LinkedIn Marketing Expert to take charge of our B2B marketing efforts through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on growth hacker who understands how to use LinkedIn strategically to generate high-quality leads, build brand visibility, and drive outreach campaigns targeting founders, business owners, and CXOs. Key Responsibilities Design and execute LinkedIn-based B2B lead generation campaigns Identify, connect, and engage with relevant decision-makers, founders, and target clients Optimize and manage company LinkedIn page and founder profiles to enhance visibility and credibility Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PhantomBuster, Waalaxy, Apollo.io, or similar for outreach automation and prospecting Craft compelling outreach message sequences and LinkedIn content calendars Track and analyze campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create a seamless lead nurturing funnel Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, trends, and best practices Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, B2B outreach, or lead generation Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator , CRM tools, and automation platforms Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology and personalized messaging Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt tone for different audience segments Ability to research and build prospect databases based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Self-driven, proactive, and metrics-oriented mindset Bonus: Experience working in or with consulting firms, D2C brands, or B2B SaaS What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Opportunity to work directly with the founder and core team High-growth, entrepreneurial work environment Access to a rich network of D2C founders and industry experts Hands-on exposure to real business strategy, consulting, and brand-building Workplace & Culture You’ll be working full-time from our Greater Noida office.
