Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for all Type of Revenue record collection from city survey Office. 2. Responsible for all Type of Documents & Record collection from Tahsildar & Talathi Office. (From all Taluka) 3. NA Files to prepare, Submit, Follow-up & documents Work. 4. Tabeyadi Files to preparation, Submit, Follow-up & documents Work. 5. TDR Files to preparation, Submit, Follow-up & documents Work. 6. Zone Change Files to prepare, Submit, Follow-up & documents Work. 7. As per requisition of Legal department - documents, court Case, Claims and other works follow-up. 8. Documents Registrations of all sites to get the documents registered from various Sub-Registrar offices. 9. Documents Sanction of all sites and to get Sanction - get the certified copies of documents from various Govt. offices. 10. To take the Sanction of all sites from various Govt. office i.e. PMC, PCMC & PMRDA. 11. Regular follow up with PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, MIDC & other relevant Govt. offices on daily basis. 12. To make RTI applications to procure the documents from ULC, Charity Commissioner & any other authorities. 13. Preparation & submission of Property Tax documents for assessment. 14. Follow-up for Various NOCs from PMC & PCMC office. 15. Any other work as decided by Management time to time. 16. To do the filing of all relevant documents on daily basis. 17. Team handling experience IMP- Filing of All old Legal files Numbering, Labeling, listing & proper storage work in strong room Preferred candidate profile Graduate or ITI preferred Smart and presentable Real Estate preferred
