Job Title: Kitchen Staff Job Summary: We are looking for two enthusiastic and skilled Kitchen Staff members to join our team, a cloud kitchen specializing in Asian-inspired sandwiches, soups, and salads. The Kitchen Staff will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Follow standardized recipes to accurately prepare menu items, including sandwiches, soups, and salads. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., sandwich press, cooking range). Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and surfaces. Ensure proper storage of food items to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Assist with inventory management and notifying the owner of low stock. Package food items for delivery according to established standards. Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Owner/Chef Manager. Qualifications: Proven experience (minimum [Number] months/years) working in a kitchen environment, preferably with some experience in Asian cuisine, Bakery/Pastry . Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work varied hours if needed. Desirable Skills: Experience with specific Asian cooking techniques and bakery Pastry shop familiarity. Food Safety Certification. Compensation: Salary: ₹15,000/- ~ 20,000/- per month (commensurate with experience). Potential for performance-based bonuses. Bakery Helper is responsible for assisting the baker with a variety of tasks related to preparing and baking goods. Duties may include measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and operating kitchen equipment. They may also assist with packing or delivering finished goods. Responsibilities also include opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparing fillings and glazing pastries. To be successful in this role, you should have work experience as a Baker and be able to decorate cakes using creative techniques. Requirement for an upcoming Premium Sandwich Brand. Must be living in Hyderabad Telangana, or ready to relocate for this job, speak Basic English. Male or Female can apply.
